The Sandakan Borneo Bird Club in collaboration with Brunei Tourism and Sabah Tourism Board specially organizes this event for Birders and nature Photographers primarily, with an offshoot of promoting Borneo Island as one of the premier nature tourism destination in Asia. This inaugural race will expand over the years including Sarawak and Kalimantan of Indonesia.

Sandakan Borneo Bird Club - Organiser

A Registered Club under Registrars of Society (ROS) of Malaysia, it aims to create the culture of appreciation to Birds of Borneo, to develop initiatives supporting the bird species conservation and encourage birdwatching travel.
